Our gifts are authentic, hand-made imports .  Each item indicates country of origin, licensed product status, and where applicable whether a limited edition stein is marked as such.

In addition to offering the largest selection of steins for retail available in the industry, our importer specializes in developing and marketing an array of unique drinking vessels with popular men's themes, as well as an assortment of entertainment accessories including chess sets, checker sets, domino sets, backgammon games and branded playing cards.  Ideal men's gifts and a timeless expression of happiness and individuality await you.

Stock
We make the best effort to remain updated on the stock of each item we sell. However, because these products are handcrafted and imported once a month in varying quantities, it is not possible for us to guarantee availability.  Items currently out of stock can still be ordered today to secure for delivery in the near future. Shipping Information
We currently ship to the United States and Canada only.
Shipping is via UPS and a tracking number for your order will be provided via email.
We cannot ship to PO Boxes.
Please allow for 6-10 business days from date of order to receipt of goods. 

Returns
No merchandise may be returned without written authorization.  All claims must be made within 5 days after receipt of shipment. The customer is solely responsible for any shipping costs related to the return of non-defective merchandise.

Website Security & Your Privacy
When you place an order with us we ask for your contact information (your name, shipping & billing address, phone  number, email address and billing information).  We use this information to process your order, to send you updates on your order status, and to get in touch with  you if we have trouble processing your order.  In addition we ask for your email address so we can contact your periodically regarding special offers or products we think you might be interested in.  If you do not wish to receive these notifications we will honor your request not to send them to you.

Important Information
All items are photographed and presented to accurately and informatively describe the products as they appear in general.  During the lifespan of this ecatalog some items may be discontinued. Furthermore, the products are handcrafted, therefore the possibility exists that a component of an item may be changed slightly.  As long as the change is minor, we will continue to refer to the item as it originally appears. Further, because each item is handcrafted the customer must allow for very minor variations between the product.
